Today’s the day — 2014 Free Press Summer Festival kicks off at 11am today (Saturday, 5.31.14). While it’s sure to be a muddy (and potentially rainy) mess, it is also a great chance to catch a slew of local and national acts. Locals such as The Tontons, Wild Moccasins, A Fistful of Soul, Grand Old Grizzly, Gracie Chavez, New York City Queens, Wrestlers, Children of Pop, BLSHS, and Born Liars (among many others) mix with Jack White, Washed Out, Drive-By Truckers, Dwight Yoakam, The Kills, Deftones, Above & Beyond, Wu-Tang Clan, and many more.
