Go see The Dimes tonight

Tonight (Wed. 12.14.05), The Proletariat hosts their weekly Commune Music, which features Sons of Evil, Bayonette, and Radio Pioneer.
On Thursday, you can catch skyblue72 at Cactus for an in-store performance in preparation for their CD release show at Rudyard’s on Friday night, with Vibe Commitee (also doing their CD release show) and The Medicine Show.

Engine Room lauches new website

One of Houston’s best venues, the Engine Room, has a new website and a lot of good shows coming up in the next couple of months. Most importantly, Explosions in the Sky will be there with The Octopus Project in late January.
