Austin metal band The Sword snagged the opening spot on Metallica‘s fall tour, which hits Houston at Toyota Center tonight (Thursday, 11.20.08). Here’s a video of the band live:

hmm.. the Sword.. lots of cool riffs.. not a lot of good singing.. but they do rock!
The new Metallica song is pretty good I think.
