Email the Mayor and all the City Council members today to block sound ordinance revision

This just in from Free Press Houston editor Omar Afra:

City Council votes tomorrow on proposed revisions to the existing Noise Ordinance. The proposed changes has the potential to shut down many of Houston’s music venues, deter national touring acts from coming to Houston, and leave local bands with no place to perform. Email the mayor and City Council NOW and tell them to VOTE ‘NO’ on the revisions and subsequently draft a statute which takes all stakeholders into consideration while creating objective, verifiable standards which can be enforced.

Email the Mayor and all the City Council members now with the subject line: VOTE ‘NO’ ON SOUND ORDINANCE REVISION. They vote WEDNESDAY so send IT now! Here are all of their emails:
