Local faves The Tontons released its Golden EP yesterday (Tuesday, 9.27.11) and celebrates with a free show this Saturday (10.1.11) at Cactus Music at 5pm. You can get a wristband for the event by purchasing the EP at Cactus this week or win a wristband by emailing me (dacobb[at]gmail[dot]com). I will pick two winners at random.

Golden will be available via iTunes, CDBaby, and other outlets on Tuesday, 10.4.11.

Also, former Houstonians Ume plays a free show at Cactus at 3pm on Saturday.
