Houston’s own Wild Moccasins celebrate the national release and vinyl edition of their 2010 effort, Skin Collision Past. Bandmembers will have a go at DJing spinning their favorite tunes as well as tracks from their LP. Wild Moccasins posters are free to attendees and there will be a drawing to win an autographed test pressing of Skin Collision Past.

This Houston band has crafted an excellent pop CD that has been a best-seller at our store. The band features members of The Literary Greats and Sara Van Buskirk as well as other fine Houston musicians who perform regularly with other area bands.

Robert Ellis is back after a successful National tour supporting The Old 97s and Those Darlins. His new album Photographs is our best selling title of July and shows no signs of slowing. down. We’re thrilled to host Robert and the Boys to celebrate the album’s release. We will hopefully we’ll have a few limited edition 7″s and LPs around for his performance on Saturday.
