The Houston International Festival starts this weekend (4.16.10), and while it may be a wet one, hopefully it won’t spoil the mood of the many musicians scheduled to play.

This weekend’s highlights include the Easy Star All-Stars, which has done creative reggae takes on Radiohead and Pink Floyd in the past, along with Ozomatli, Marcia Ball, Joe Ely, Moodafaruka, and Irie Time (among others).
