Tegan and Sara, Steel Train at Warehouse Live this Saturday

This Saturday (2.27.10), Tegan and Sara plays Warehouse Live with Steel Train, whose “Turnpike Ghost” is an excellent listen.
Steel Train has toured with The Shins, The Format, and Silversun Pickups, and performed on Late Night with Conan O’Brien. The band is also playing Coachella this year.

Austin Collins plays CD release show, benefit at West Alabama Ice House

Chase Hamblin to open for Roky Erickson at The Continental Club

Local musician Chase Hamblin will open for the legendary Roky Erickson (of the 13th Floor Elevators) at The Continental Club on Wednesday, 2.24.10. Doors open at 8pm, Hamblin plays at 9pm, and Erickson hits the stage at 10:30pm.
