South By Southwest has released the list of bands selected for official showcases at this year’s SXSW in Austin, which runs March 18-22. As expected, there are quite a few Houston bands on the list this year (and no, not just hip hop). The list is not final, and the schedule hasn’t yet been released (expect it soon), but here are the bands on the list at this point:
