This Saturday (11.15.08), the newly opened House of Blues, located downtown at Houston Pavilions, hosts a local music showcase that features Studemont–who recently released their intriguing Warmth Of The Midnight Sun–Magnetic, funksters Electric Attitude, Hueman, and Desmond Zavala.

It would be nice if this turns out to be something they do regularly.
We need more places for original music in Houston.
