San Francisco indie band Xiu Xiu and Thao w/ The get Down Stay Down play this Friday night at The Orange Show. Thao Nguyen has been getting a lot of notice lately, with profiles on NPR World Cafe and NPR’s “Song of the Day.”
The Orange Show is located at 2402 Munger St. in Houston. Tickets are $10 and are available here.

just downloaded the thao cd off of emusic. it’s really good. i would go to this show just to see her.
