I love the in-store performances at Cactus Music–always have. Where else can you hear some live music, pick up some 99-cent Steely Dan on vinyl (among other things), run into friends, and get a couple of free drinks? Well, you have another chance today (2.23.08) as local blues/rock band The Mighty Orq hit the stage at 4pm. The band’s new album, To The Bone (wait, is that really the title?), will be available and you will buy a copy… or two. Or three.
