Wichita, Kansas group Paper Airplanes play at The Junction this Sunday night (12.10.06), with tourmates Ad Astra Per Aspera.

The band’s debut, Boyhood, is being released on 54º40′ or Fight! (home to releases by Mandarin, 31knots, The Planet The, Dropsonic and others). Think of a cross between early Built to Spill, the organic sensibilities of Ticonderoga, the bold ambition of The Arcade Fire, and the playful abandon of Deerhoof.
