Operation:Mindcrime tonight

September 26th, 2006 · 1 Comment

That’s right, tonight (Tuesday, 9.26.06) you can catch progressive metal band Queensryche performing their albums, Operation:Mindcrime and the more recent Operation:Mindcrime II, downtown at the Verizon. I had hoped to have the time to interview Mindcrime, the Queensryche tribute band, to get their thoughts on this show but I didn’t get a chance. Anyway, you can come out tonight and see the real thing.

As you may or may not know, I am a freak about this album. I am sure it’s going to be an interesting show.

More information on Queensryche can be found here and here.

Cooool. I was offered some tix to this show, but sadly can’t go 🙁
I went last year though. Operation:Mindcrime is some gewd stuff, but I totally love the old skool QR too. I wonder if my coworkers would mind me jamming Rage For Order?? Eh, probably. 😛

As for Mindcrime, they totally kick ASS!!!! One of the best tribute bands ever! If you miss Queensryche tonight get on the Mindcrime email list and catch them asap. And no, I am not a promoter for the band, I don’t even know any of them, I’ve just seen them perform before and was blown away.

If you get to go tonight, HAVE FUN!!

    Mary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
