Houston Calling

Another step forward for local music

August 5th, 2006 · No Comments

Envy magazine’s August issue is now available and contains, among other things, an expanded music section that focuses on local musicians.

Included in the issue are articles/interviews with The Dimes, The Contingency, Rozz Zamorano, Tody Castillo, God’s Temple of Family Deliverance, Southern Backtones, Masiah, Arthur Yoria, Spain Colored Orange, Lanky, Chris Knudson, John Evans Band, Prognosis, and more.

You should check it out and let me know what you think. Also, if you like what they’ve done with this issue let the magazine know. Envy is branching out into Dallas in September and hopefully can get a good cross-pollination of local music going.
