Westfest Compressed this weekend

April 25th, 2006 · No Comments

Don’t forget about Westfest Compressed, which features tons of local bands and an assortment of local oddities. It’s along Westheimer, on stages at Helio’s, Number’s (parking lot), Mangoes, and Black Widow. The festival is this Saturday, April 29th, from 1-8pm.

Scheduled to perform:

The Dimes / Pennyroyal / Arthur Yoria / J.W. Americana / The Generic Tribe / Medicine Show / Million Year Dance / Q.U.E. / The Program / The Riff Tiffs / skyblue72 / Mechanical Boy / Studemont Project / Morgue City / Eldridge / dubtex / Vicarious Me / The Wiggins / Los de Verdad / Vibe Committee / bojones / eye against / Seraphim / Closeaux / Bowel / Sean Reefer & the Resin Valley Boys / Two Star Symphony / Guy Schwartz / Tody Castillo / Liviya Compean / Bullets on Broadway / A>S>H>S / Otenki / Jack in the Pulpit / and more…

This is one of the best (if not the best) chance to see tons of local musicians for the low, low price of free. You have no excuse. Really…

See you out and about this Saturday.
