This Thursday night, you can catch the Southern Backtones (complete with new bassist) at Onion Creek. Showtime 8 p.m. Come out and show your support. Also on Thursday, Deep Ella plays at Rudyard’s around 11 p.m. Local musician Tody Castillo plays at Brasil at 10 p.m.

On Friday night, one of my favorite local punk acts, Something Fierce, plays at Rudyard’s with Zipperneck, Small Town Massacre, and Bareknuckle Knockouts.

On Saturday night, you have to choose between The Deathray Davies, Sitka Sound, and .belville at Rudyard’s and The American Analog Set with Chris Brokaw and Che Arthur at Walter’s on Washington. Both should be excellent shows.
