There’s a benefit concert this Friday night (6.24.05) at Dean’s Credit Clothing (downtown), featuring local funk-jazz trio Drop Trio and the Little Brother Project (www.littlebrotherproject.com). The benefit is for a friend of the band whose house recently burned down. In true music fan fashion, the victim was mostly bummed about losing all of his CDs in the fire, so please bring CDs to donate to him as gifts. Money probably also won’t hurt…
