Live music tonight

Some of the live music in Houston tonight:

Tody & The Falcon play tonight at Rudyard’s Pub with Mondo Saenz and King Coal. This will be a great show. Show begins at 10 p.m.

Also, a favorite of mine–The Brian Jonestown Massacre–are opening for Guided By Voices at Engine Room. This is sure to be a big show, so get there early. Also on the bill is The Tie That Binds.

Hairy Apes BMX play with Two Loons for Tea and 3-Fantastic at Rhythm Room on Washington Ave. This one will be a good one as well.

On Saturday night, The John Sparrow play with The Kimonos, Kiss Kiss Kill Kill, Panic in Detroit, and Danseparc at Fat Cat’s (Mary Jane’s).

Also, a quite note: to everyone at Cecil’s–we wish you good luck. Hopefully the repairs from last week’s fire are made quickly and you can get back to it soon.

Now Playing: Kill Hannah — For Never and Ever
