The Houston Press Music Awards are upon us yet again. Chris Sacco from duneTX is nominated for best guitarist and Rozz Zamorano of Fondue Monks is nominated for best bassist again (he won last year and has been nominated each of the past few years). Greg Wood’s “37 Years” (a great song–sample lyrics: It took him 37 years to figure out it was all a joke…),a dn he is also nominated for best roots/rockabilly act. College favorites Drifter are up for best pop/rock act.

Please cast your vote for these great local musicians. Thanks.
